This lot features a Clayton Kershaw Los Angeles Dodgers batting helmet exhibiting quality overall use. The left-handed blue Dodgers batting helmet has the "LA" team logo decal on the front. The exterior shell shows several abrasions and scuffs from use and the backside has Kershaw’s number “22” applied in white numbers above the MLB logo. The interior has the padded headband and crown. A 7 3/8 label is affixed to the interior along with a Warning sticker, Rawlins logo and MLB hologram. This helmet is especially unique in that Kershaw has added 3 notes under the brim of the batting helmet that read: "other way, wait back, down + thru", undoubtedly a remainder of what he needed to concentrate on when he stepped into the batters box.
