Official Reach league baseball signed on the sweet spot by Babe Ruth in bold blue steel tip fountain pen. The signature has been preserved beautifully over time and is virtually flawless leading Beckett to grade the signature a BGS 9 Mint. The official Reach League baseball remains in beautiful condition overall. The "Babe" remains the most sought after autograph in baseball history and this one is one of the nicest ones you will ever lay eyes on. Mint Ruth balls fetch over $100,000. Ruth completely dominated his sports more than any other athlete in history. He was actually a pitcher for the first 5 years of his career and actually won the the first of his 12 American League Home Run Title with 11 HR's in 1918 while hitting part time on game that he pitched! Ruth began playing and hitting everyday in 1920 and his HR total rocketed to 54 when other "Home Run Hitters" from the era would end the year in single digits. Important to note that there are no signature removals from this ball making it a true Babe Ruth single signed baseball and one that is becoming rapidly more difficult to find.
