This lot features a large collection of Dick Trickle autographed photos & cards. Dick Trickle was a former professional stock car racing driver who competed in various racing series, including the NASCAR Cup Series. He was born on October 27, 1941, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Trickle began his racing career in the late 1960s and became known as one of the most successful short track racers in history. He won numerous races in regional and national racing series, including over 1,200 feature wins during his career. Trickle made his Cup Series debut in 1970 and competed in over 300 races during his time in the series. He was known for his unique driving style, which involved driving with one hand on the steering wheel and the other hand resting on the gear shift. Trickle retired from racing in 2002 and tragically passed away in 2013. He remains a legend in the racing community and is remembered for his talent and accomplishments on the track.
