This lot features a vintage, attractive John Hadl San Diego Chargers baby blue jersey made by Southland. The jersey was made by Southland as a sample jersey in an effort to wrestle away the contract away from Sand Knit who produced the jersey for the Chargers at the time. Hadl was an AFL All-Star four times and was selected to two Pro Bowls. Hadl played Collegiately at the University of Kansas, and was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1994. Very attractive, popular and rare vintage John Hadl San Diego Chargers jersey.
