Joe Nathan is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for several teams during his career, including the Minnesota Twins. Nathan joined the Twins in 2004 and quickly established himself as one of the team's top relief pitchers. He recorded 44 saves in his first season with the team and went on to have several more successful seasons in Minnesota. Nathan was named to four All-Star teams during his time with the Twins and finished his career with the team with a total of 260 saves. He was also known for his durability and consistency, appearing in 460 games for the Twins and finishing with a career ERA of 2.87. Nathan remains a beloved figure in Twins history and is remembered as one of the team's all-time greats. 2008 was one of Joe’s All Star seasons with a stellar ERA of 1.33. Joe is a member of the Twins All Time Team.
