The bat shows outstanding player use characteristics including ball marks, cleat marks, cracked, stitch marks, blue ink transfer marks and pine tar. Mauer won the AL Batting Title in 2008 and has signed the bat "Joe Mauer, 08 Batting Champ, .328 BA" The bat is professionally authenticated and graded a PSA/DNA GU 9 by John Taube.
