This lot features an official National League Ford Fricke (1934-1951) baseball signed on the side panel by 500 Home Run Club member and Hall of Famer Jimmie Foxx. The ball has been professionally authenticated and graded a PSA/DNA 3.5. There are signatures on the ball with Foxx being the highlight. The ball is accompanied by the original PSA/DNA graded holder. PSA/DNA Certification number 81360322. Foxx was the 2nd baseball player in MLB history to reach the coveted 500 Home Run Club plateau hitting career HR #500 with the Boston Red Sox on September 24, 1940.
