This lot features a truly significant Jack Morris 1991 World Series Minnesota Twins professional model road jersey exhibiting quality overall use. The 1991 World Series is considered by many to be the finest ever played. ESPN viewers voted this series #1 in World Series history. The series went the full seven games with five of its games being decided by a single run. Four of the games were actually decided in the final at bat with and three of those games going being decided in extra innings. Offered is Jack Morris' 1991 World Series road jersey originally acquired from the Minnesota Twins bat boy. The Twins logo patch is affixed to the left sleeve while the 1991 World Series patch is found on the right sleeve. There are remnants under the World Series patch as the Twins initially had a 30 year team anniversary patch on the right sleeve. The jersey shows quality usage and wash wear while remaining in original, unaltered condition. One of the finest Minnesota Twins World Series jerseys offered with excellent provenance.
