Greg Maddux 2004 Chicago Cubs game used home white jersey features the Cubs logo on the left front chest as well as "MADDUX 31" on the back in blue-on-red tackle twill. The collar of the jersey features a "04 46 S1" year/size/set tag as Majestic size 46 sewn into the lower left front tail and 0062 inner side seam tag. The jersey light to moderate overall game use and has been signed on the back by Maddux in silver marker. The Cubs team logo patch is present on the left sleeve. Maddux won 16 games in his return to the Cubs in 2004. Maddux won 355 career games and is a member of baseball's Hall of Fame.
