This lot features a very rare Rawlings size 48 Dan Marino University of Pittsburgh white road jersey. Dan Marino played with the University of Pittsburgh from 1979-1982, which coincides with the Rawlings labeling as this was the labeling period 1972-1984. The jersey was sourced from the University of Pittsburgh but was not actually used in a game by Marino nor is there any player provenance to indicate as such. Marino's college career was highlighted by a last minute victory over the Georgia Bulldogs to win the 1982 Sugar Bowl. Extremely rare Dan Marino c. 1979-82 Pitt Panthers jersey.
