Guzman was an exciting player for the Twins early in his career, hitting an incredible 20 triples in just his second season. This glove comes with a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA authenticating its game use.
Cristian Guzman was a rising star for the Minnesota Twins during the late 1990s, making his debut in 1999 and quickly establishing himself as one of the most exciting young players in the game. Guzman played in 92 games during his rookie season, hitting .226 with four home runs and 32 RBI's. While his numbers may not have been eye-popping, Guzman showed flashes of brilliance on the field, with his exceptional speed and defensive abilities making him a fan favorite. He went on to have a successful career with the Twins, earning two All-Star selections and winning a Gold Glove award in 2001. Guzman was also known for his incredible speed on the basepaths, stealing over 100 bases during his time with the Twins. Despite suffering a series of injuries later in his career, Guzman remains a beloved figure among Twins fans for his contributions to the team during his early years.
