This lot features a Bobby Hull autographed custom jersey. Bobby Hull is a former Canadian professional ice hockey player. He was born on January 3, 1939, in Pointe Anne, Ontario, Canada. Hull played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for 16 seasons, from 1957 to 1972. He spent most of his career playing for the Chicago Blackhawks, where he became one of the most dominant players of his era. Hull was known for his powerful slapshot and his speed, and he won the NHL's Hart Trophy as the league's Most Valuable Player twice, in 1965 and 1966. He also led the NHL in goals seven times during his career, and was named to the NHL First All-Star Team ten times. Hull was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1983, and his number 9 jersey was retired by the Blackhawks in 1988. (Beckett)
