This lot features an extremely rare Bert Blyleven 1987 Minnesota Twins World Series game issued bat. The two toned Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick bat has "BERT BLYLEVEN 1987 WORLD SERIES" engraved into the barrel and "113B" stamped into the knob with #32 written on the knob in pen. The bat does exhibit some use with a ball mark and blue ink transfer mark but we can't say with 100% certainty that the bat was used by Blyleven in the '87 World Series itself given he only had 2 plate appearances and struck out in one of them. (he did lay down a sac bunt during the other appearance). Bert has signed and inscribed the bat "All My Best, Bert Blyleven #28" in gold marker. Incredibly unique Bert Blyleven and 1987 Twins collectible.
